We deliver with DHL and PostNord to a pickup point or parcel locker. Smaller shipments may also be sent with PostNord Home Small.

You choose your delivery option and preferred pickup point or parcel locker at checkout. Home delivery is also available with DHL and PostNord for an additional cost.

Rest of Europe
We deliver with DHL Parcel Connect. Depending on which country you are ordering from, different delivery options may be available, such as home delivery or delivery to a pickup point. DHL will inform you of the available options once your package is on its way.

Sweden
Delivery to a pickup point, parcel locker, or with PostNord Home Small is free.

If you prefer home delivery, an additional fee applies, which you will see at checkout.

Norway
We offer free shipping to Norway.

Rest of Europe
Delivery with DHL Parcel Connect is free.

Sweden
Delivery time is normally 1–4 days.

Norway and rest of Europe
Delivery time is normally 3–6 days.

We always do our best to get your products to you as quickly as possible. We usually ship your order the same day or the next day. During sales and holiday periods, delivery may take a little longer.

We always offer a 60-day return policy from the day you receive your order.

You are of course welcome to open the packaging and inspect the product. If you would like to make a return, the product must be unused and in like-new condition.

In addition to our return policy, you always have your statutory right of withdrawal.

We’d be sorry to hear that, but of course it should be easy too.

If the product has been used more than necessary to inspect it, we may, under the statutory right of withdrawal, make a deduction for any loss in value.

Norway
The return fee is 120 NOK.

Rest of Europe
The return fee is 10 EUR.

Any return fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to you. In the event of a complaint, we will of course cover the return shipping cost.

If you do not pick up your package in time, it will automatically be sent back to us.

For unclaimed packages, we charge the cost of return shipping and handling.

Sweden
The cost is SEK 120–170 per parcel.

Norway
The cost is NOK 150–200 per parcel.

Rest of Europe
The cost is EUR 15–20 per parcel.

The cost depends on the size of the shipment and will primarily be deducted from your refund. If that is not possible, we will contact you.
